The New YOO represents the motivated version of ourselves. The Old YOO represents the unmotivated version of ourselves. In the YOO Challenge the New YOO is awarded points for the steps you take towards your daily goal. However, the Old YOO is awarded points for all the steps you don’t take when you miss your daily goal. The result is an ongoing competition between the motivated and unmotivated versions of ourselves. YOO Fitness is committed to helping users achieve and maintain healthy lifestyle habits.
